Frequently Asked Questions

“Solid or Chunky Oil?”

The Oil has “frozen” or is partially “freezing.” Simply warm the oil back up.

We personally keep our oil bottles next to a lamp, especially in the winter. The lamp will provide just enough warmth to keep the oil liquid.

Liquid Tallow?

• Unscrew lid
• Melt tallow in oven at about 150 degrees
• Once fully melted, screw lid back on, shake it
• Put in freezer for a couple hours

Why is it taking so long to process?

We are a small company with a small staff. We fulfill as many orders as we can in a day. Sometimes processing can be one day, sometimes it can be seven, it all depends on the volume of orders coming in.

We are constantly working on improving efficiency, equipment, and space.

#2 Many people have found temporary success with flies and ticks using Encompass Oil.

If you add more peppermint to the oil it will work even better.

For example: You are going on a camping trip in the spring and your dog doesn't have any tick prevention in place, but you DO have Encompass Oil. Apply a good healthy puddle in your hands and pet your dog's neck and back.

Bug Repellant Not Working?

Standard Encompass Oil works as bug repellant for about 80% of people. Just remember, this is not Deet. Apply liberally.

If still no luck, add a small amount of Peppermint essential oil to the bottle. The additional Peppermint is the simplest way to increase Encompass Oil’s bug-repelling ability.

Local Pickup?

No. We are very busy during the work week and we cherish our leisure times.

Custom Orders?

We can barely keep up as it is. We can’t do that.

We process orders Monday - Friday, Shipping can take between 3-5 business days, excluding public holidays.
